Understand the environment.
A construction layout is temporary by nature. Camera views, access routes and infrastructure need to be reviewed as the physical site changes, with attention to installation safety and the records needed at handover.

SYREX contribution
An evolving development needs coverage, connections and records that can change with it.
SYREX’s work at Berkeley Homes’ Bermondsey Place includes CCTV design, installation, upgrades, relocation and maintenance across an evolving construction environment.
Connect the work.
The delivery scope brings the cameras, network connections and recording together. Inspection and testing cover mounting, connections, images, playback and the relevant remote interfaces. Updates are recorded as the work develops.
Keep the support involved.
Maintenance and reconfiguration are part of keeping the design relevant. The site team retains a route for adjustments, faults and future requirements.
